Preparation
Peel the ginger with a spoon and halve it. Peel the carrots and cut them into 2 cm pieces. Peel the bananas and cut 2.5 bananas into 2 cm pieces and the remaining bananas into slices.
Mix the ground turmeric, ginger, carrot, banana pieces and almond milk in a blender until smooth.
Divide the golden milk smoothie among the glasses and garnish with the banana slices.
