Preparation
For the omelette mixture, combine the eggs, soy sauce, sambal, milk, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside. Finely chop the scallions and toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
For the salmon balls, roughly chop the salmon. Add them to the food processor and pulse several times. Small chunks may still be visible; the mixture doesn't need to be completely smooth. Combine the salmon with the ginger, lemongrass, panko, and sea salt. Form into 8 golf ball-sized balls.
For the mushroom stir-fry, combine the mushroom mix with the raw bacon. Strip the thyme from the sprigs and add.
Cut the meat into nice pieces. Divide everything into bowls and serve with the satay sauce (ready-made).

- 400 g vlees naar keuze (bv biefstuk, varkenshaas en mini hamburgers)
- 4x 80 ml bakjes Satésaus (kant-en-klaar)
- Voor de omelet
- 5 eieren
- 1 el sojasaus
- 1 tl sambal oelek
- 50 ml halfvolle melk
- 1 tl Zeezout
- 1/2 tl Zwarte peper
- 1 bosui
- 4 el sesamzaad
- Voor de zalmballen
- 250 gr zalm zonder huid
- 1/2 tl gehakte gember
- 1/2 tl gehakte sereh
- 1 el panko
- 2 tl Zeezout
- Voor de paddenstoelen roerbak
- 500 gr paddenstoelenmix
- 250 gr spekjes
- 3 takken tijm
