BROKEN - Grilled sausage (basic)
Simple grilled sausage
Grilled sausage is easy to make with this recipe. You can find the right ingredients in our webshop. Give the sausage a delicious grilled flavor with the Grilled Sausage Mix.
Preparation
Roll the jowl bacon and pork strips through the 6 mm plate.
Add the water and mix until the liquid is absorbed.
Combine the Grilled Sausage Mix and add the Colorozo Salt and mix until everything is well distributed.
Roll the dough through the 3mm plate.
Mix until sufficiently bound.
Place the dough into the Stabilus casing.
Allow the stuffed sausage to brown for at least 12 hours at approximately 4 degrees Celsius.
Cook the sausage in a steamer or cooking pot at 80 degrees Celsius until the core reaches 72 degrees Celsius.
Cool the sausage as quickly as possible.
Combinatietip
Voeg ook eens 10% kaas toe aan het basis deeg voor een heerlijke kaas grillworst.

- 500 g water
- 300 g Mix voor grilworst
- 100 g Colorozozout
