Trim the bottoms of the asparagus by about an inch and discard. Heat the olive oil in a grill pan and grill the asparagus for 5 minutes. Heat a pan without oil and toast the pine nuts until golden brown.

Combine the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and World Spice Blend - Tuscany to make a dressing. Drain the burrata.

Divide the arugula among plates with the green asparagus, pine nuts, raspberries, and burrata. Drizzle the dressing over the burrata and salad.
