Green smoothie with cardamom. A delicious smoothie with a full flavor from the avocado and a slightly sweet banana. It's also delicious with a hint of cardamom and a beautiful green color from the kiwi, avocado, and spinach. Chia seeds, shredded coconut, and fresh mint complete the smoothie.
Preparation
Peel the kiwis, peel the bananas, and halve the avocados. Remove the pits and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut everything into large chunks.
Crush the cardamom and remove the seeds from the skin and grind finely in a mortar.
Add the chopped kiwi, banana, avocado, and cardamom seeds to a food processor along with the spinach and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth.
Divide the smoothie among the glasses and garnish with the chia seeds, grated coconut and fresh mint.
