Parsnip and sweet potato fries
Coloured vegetable fries with Guilt Free Tomato - Ketchup.
These colorful vegetable fries are a tasty, healthy alternative to potato fries. Delicious with Verstegen Guilt Free Tomato Ketchup.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Peel the carrots, sweet potato, and celeriac. Cut the carrots, sweet potato, and celeriac into long fries, approximately 1 cm x 1 cm thick.
Spread the vegetable fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the fries with olive oil and season with black pepper and sea salt to taste. Mix well and bake the fries in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve the Guilt Free - Tomato Ketchup to taste with the vegetable fries.
