Hamburger with grilled eggplant

Grilled eggplant burger with beetroot sauce. Grilled vegetables on a burger are so delicious! Try it on this beef burger with grilled eggplant and beetroot sauce.
Preparation
Heat the large pita breads according to the package directions and cut them in half. Cut the eggplant into 8 thin slices. Finely chop the onion.
Dice the precooked beetroot and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Add Guilt Free Tomato Ketchup to taste.
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the Hamburger Mix, egg, onion, and breadcrumbs. Season with sea salt to taste. Knead well and form into four patties.
Heat oil or butter in a large frying pan and cook the burgers until done.
Meanwhile, grill the aubergine slices in a contact grill or grill pan on both sides.
Spread the pita breads with the beetroot sauce. Divide the lamb's lettuce over the pita bread and top with the fried burger patties and eggplant slices. Serve immediately.
