Hamburger with mozzarella and basil mayonnaise
Fresh hamburger with mozzarella, grilled pointed pepper and basil mayonnaise.
A delicious, refreshing summer burger with mozzarella, grilled sweet pointed pepper, and basil mayonnaise. A delicious meal for a summer day.
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise with the olive oil and fresh basil. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Let it sit briefly.
Cut the sweet pointed pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and halve into two equal pieces. Thinly slice the mozzarella. Cut open the hamburger buns.
Combine the ground beef with the Hamburger Mix and knead well. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions, form them into balls, and flatten them to form hamburger patties. Make a small indentation in the center with your thumb for a nice, flat, cooked burger patty.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grill the hamburger buns and sweet pointed pepper in a grill pan until brown to taste.
Spread the grilled hamburger buns with basil mayonnaise to taste. Divide the lettuce, grilled hamburger, mozzarella, and grilled sweet pointed pepper among the buns. Serve immediately.

- 25 g boter

- 6 el mayonaise
- 15 g verse basilicum, enkel blaadjes
- 1 el olijfolie
