Harissa carrots with whipped goat cheese
The harissa's spice enhances the sweet flavor of the carrots. The creamy goat cheese and sweet pomegranate seeds make this dish a colorful surprise on your table!
The sweet harissa carrots gain a deeper flavor from the blend. Delicious with the full flavor of the creamy goat cheese and the sweet pomegranate seeds. Whipping the goat cheese with the heavy cream gives it a soft and creamy texture.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove the green tops of the carrots, leaving about 2 to 3 cm. Combine the olive oil with 2 tablespoons of World Spice Blend - Harissa and the salt. Spread the spice mixture over the carrots, making sure they are well coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Beat the goat cheese together with the whipped cream and honey for 2 minutes with a mixer.
Divide the beaten goat cheese among the plates, followed by the lamb's lettuce, roasted carrots, pomegranate seeds, pistachios and the remaining World Spice Blend - Harissa.
