Hasselback pumpkin
A beautiful dish that also tastes delicious! Tip: serve it this Halloween.
Hasselback squash. Tuck the bay leaves between the slits, and do the same with the red onion and garlic.
Preparation
Peel the pumpkin and cut it in half lengthwise.
Remove the strings and seeds.
Place the pumpkin on its flat side and cut from the top down to 0.5 cm from the bottom.
Cut the onion into half rings and the garlic into slices.
Brush the pumpkin with the World Grill - Persian Market.
Divide the red onion and garlic over the incisions and alternate with the bay leaves.
