BROKEN - Venison Steak with Hot Pepper Sauce

Bring the sweet and sour marinade to a boil, remove from the heat, add the sprouts and let cool. 2. Slice the boletus mushrooms and grill them on both sides. 3. Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. 4. Grate the nutmeg into the pepper sauce to taste and heat it through. 5. Fry the mushroom mixture until golden brown. 6. Sear the venison steak on all sides and cook it to the desired doneness in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius. Let the venison steak rest for a while. 7. Carve the venison steak and plate it with all the garnishes.
