Discover the simplicity of this flavorful Italian roll with grilled bell peppers. The pesto brings out the full flavor of the marinated bell pepper. Add some creamy burrata and you have a delicious lunch!

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into 2 cm strips. Marinate the pepper strips with half of the Italian herbs and the olive oil.

Prepare the Italian rolls in the oven according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the bell pepper strips for 7 minutes. Stir in the burrata.

Cut the Italian rolls in half and spread the pesto over the bottom of the Italian roll.

Divide the grilled peppers, burrata, remaining Italian herbs and arugula over the pesto and place the top of the Italian bun on top.
