Preparation
Finely chop the garlic.
Mix the half-and-half ground meat with the egg and Italian Meat Mix and knead well. Roll into small snack balls of about 20 grams.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic and add the sieved tomatoes and Italian herbs. Season with black pepper and/or sea salt to taste. Simmer over low heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve the fried meatballs in the tomato sauce.
