Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Cut the zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus into small cubes.
Mix the ground meat with the egg and the Italian Ground Meat Mix. Form into balls of about 30 grams (the size of a ping-pong ball).
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 10 minutes over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, in another pan, stir-fry the diced courgette, bell pepper and asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil for 4 minutes until al dente.
Add the meatballs and peeled tomatoes to the vegetable mixture. Cook for another 3 minutes over low heat.
Divide the pasta among the plates, spoon the sauce over it and finish with some grated cheese to taste.

- 1 bosje groene asperges à 350 g
- 1 ei
- 400 g gepelde tomaten
- geraspte kaas (naar smaak)
- 1 zakje Mix voor Gehakt - Italiaans
- 300 g pasta, naar keuze
- 2 el olijfolie
