Jamaican meat sandwich with mango salsa. A delicious, quick sandwich with a fresh mango salsa. Perfect for sharing!
Preparation
Marinate the pork strips with the olive oil and World Spice Blend - Jamaican Jerk. Heat the liquid margarine in a pan and stir-fry the pork strips until browned and cooked through.
Meanwhile, finely chop the mango, bell pepper, and red onion into evenly sized pieces. Combine everything in a bowl with the lime juice and parsley. Puree half of the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth. Mix everything together and let it sit briefly.
Cut the tops of the buns open lengthwise. Divide the lettuce, meat, and mango salsa among the buns. Serve immediately.
Variatietip
Het is ook lekker om een stuk gekruid procureur vlees te grillen op de BBQ. Trek vervolgens het vlees uit elkaar en serveer het in de broodjes.
