Cut the chicken thighs into quarters and season with the Jamaican Jerk spices, sunflower oil and salt to taste.

Cut the limes into segments.

Divide the marinated chicken thighs, padron peppers and lime wedges over the 6 BBQ skewers.

Halve the corn cobs, cut into wedges and grill all around.
