Cod with fried potatoes
Cod with fried potatoes and carrots.
Cod seasoned with Fish Mix. Combined with baby potatoes and boiled carrots, you'll create a delicious dinner.
Preparation
Sprinkle the fish with the Fish Mix and let it soak in for a while.
Grate the carrots clean with a vegetable peeler and cook them in plenty of water with a pinch of salt for about 10-20 minutes until al dente.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and fry the pre-cooked potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Season with 1 to 2 tablespoons of Mix for Chips & Fries.
In another frying pan, fry the fish in oil or butter for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Serve the fish with the potatoes and carrots and enjoy!
Variatietip
Bak de krieltjes eens in de oven of airfryer voor een extra krokant resultaat. Verwarm daarvoor de oven voor op 200 graden en bak ze in 30 tot 45 minuten gaar in de oven (halverwege even omscheppen).

- 800 g voorgekookte krieltjes
- 800 g wortel
- 1 el Mix voor Vis
- 1 à 2 el Mix voor Patat & Frites
- 4 el olijfolie of boter
