Spicy chicken meatballs in a creamy sauce seasoned with World Spice Blend - Cajun. Delicious for drinks or a party.
Preparation
Mix the ground meat with 2 teaspoons of World Spice Blend – Cajun, the egg, and the breadcrumbs. Form small chicken meatballs, about the size of a ping-pong ball.
Meanwhile, heat a pan with olive oil. Add the chicken meatballs and brown them all over.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the flour and stir with a spatula until smooth. Slowly pour in the semi-skimmed milk, stirring until smooth. Add the juice of half a lemon and 2 teaspoons of World Spice Blend – Cajun and stir gently.
Serve the chicken meatballs in the Cajun sauce.
