A delicious, traditional chicken leg—we love it! This time, we're serving it with a fresh peach salad and some deliciously seasoned Twister fries.

Traditionally seasoned chicken legs, served with a summery peach and cucumber salad. For this dish, we've replaced the regular fries with twister fries, giving them a surprisingly spicy flavor.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Marinate the chicken thighs with the Traditional Chicken Mix and 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 10 minutes. Heat a pan with the remaining olive oil and fry the chicken thighs for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Divide the twister fries over a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake them in the preheated oven according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the peach and cucumber into 2 cm pieces. Shave the Parmesan cheese with a cheese slicer. Then mix this with the mixed salad and garnish with the sunflower seeds.

Remove the Twister fries from the oven and divide them among plates. Serve with the chicken thighs and salad.
