Classic Caesar salad
A classic Caesar salad to serve as a starter or main course.
Classic Caesar salad. The Verstegen Spice Oils used to season this salad are pure seasonings made with pure oil. With just a few drops, you can beautifully enhance hot or cold dishes.
Preparation
Cut the sandwich bread into equal cubes and season with 2 grams of Spice Oil - Green Herbs Garlic and bake into croutons.
Mix the other 2 grams of Spice Oil - Green Herbs Garlic with the basic dressing.
Fry the bacon cubes until crispy, pick the lettuce, cut the anchovies, egg and olives into pieces.
Mix the lettuce, croutons, bacon, egg, olives and anchovies together lightly and present on a plate.
Finish with Parmesan cheese and the dressing.

- 1 krop romaine sla
- 1 gekookt ei (gepeld)
- 50 g krokant gebakken spekjes
- 25 g ansjovisfilet
- 10 g groene olijven
- 10 g Parmezaanse kaas (schilfers)
- 50 g dressing (basis)
- 1 snee sandwichbrood
- Spice Oil - Green Herbs Garlic, naar smaak
