Colorful grain bowl with quinoa, beans and Chunky Tex-Mex salsa

Cook the quinoa according to the package directions. Let it cool briefly.
Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into a diamond pattern. Scoop out the cubes and immediately sprinkle with lime juice.
Divide the quinoa evenly between four bowls. Arrange the corn, red cabbage, carrot, black beans, and avocado in wedges around it for a colorful display.
