Tender duck breast seasoned with Lhatria Fasia.
Crispy duck breast with green asparagus. Serve this tender duck breast with green asparagus, batonettes, and bean sprouts.
Preparation
Chop the onion and garlic.
Cut the duck breast into the fat and season with the Chermoula herbs.
Fry the onion and garlic and deglaze with the autumn bock beer.
Bring this to the boil and add the poultry gravy.
Grate the orange and add it to the sauce.
Fry the duck breast until crispy and let it rest.
Roast the asparagus, cut the batonettes and stir-fry the bean sprouts.
Cut the duck breast into slices.
Arrange the dish on a plate and finish with the sauce.
