Crispy Mac and Cheese from the oven
Deliciously crispy macaroni and cheese, specially seasoned with World Spice Meals - Mac and Cheese.

That way, everyone gets their own crispy crust and edges. This mac and cheese is made with World Spice Meals - Mac and Cheese. It's 100% natural, and the spice mix is salt-free.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the macaroni for 3 minutes less than indicated in the instructions on the package.
Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the cauliflower until tender. Drain.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ham until crispy.
Grate both cheeses. Blend the grated cheese, cauliflower, milk, heavy cream, and World Spice Meal - Mac & Cheese in a blender until smooth. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste.
Drain the macaroni and return it to the pan. Mix the cauliflower sauce and diced ham into the macaroni and divide among the individual ovenproof dishes.
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Tear the ciabatta into small pieces. Mix with the butter and season with sea salt to taste. Spread the bread mixture over the macaroni and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve with fresh watercress.

- 1 kleine ciabatta
- 75 gr ongezouten boter, gesmolten
