This crispy schnitzel with potato salad is a delicious, quick dish. Perfect for a busy weeknight. The baby potato salad is simple yet flavorful thanks to the coarse mustard. The schnitzel is wonderfully crispy thanks to the special herb mix.
Preparation
Peel the carrots and coarsely grate them. Halve the baby potatoes lengthwise.
Place the baby potatoes in a pan of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 6 minutes until al dente. Drain and refrigerate until ready to use.
Meanwhile, divide the Crispy Schnitzel Mix midi spreader evenly over the pork schnitzel.
Heat a pan with the sunflower oil and fry the schnitzels for 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine the baby potatoes with the grated carrots, mayonnaise, and coarse mustard. Divide the salad among plates and serve with the schnitzels.
