Lasagna with minced meat and grilled vegetables

Lasagna with ground meat and grilled vegetables. A delicious lasagna with vegetables like celeriac, bell pepper, oyster mushrooms, and zucchini.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel the celeriac. Thinly slice the celeriac and zucchini. Halve the bell peppers, deseed them, and halve them again. Remove the stems from the oyster mushrooms.
Heat a grill pan and grill all the vegetables.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of (olive) oil in a frying pan and brown the ground meat. Add the sieved tomatoes and the World Spice Meal - Lasagna and cook for about 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Then remove from the heat.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Start assembling the lasagna with one type of vegetable. Cover with lasagna sheets and 4 to 5 tablespoons of pasta sauce. Repeat until all the ingredients are used, ending with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Place the baking dish in the middle of a preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.

- 1 courgette
- 500 ml gezeefde tomaten
- 200 g geraspte oude kaas
- 5 el World Spice Meal - Lasagne
- 2 el (olijf)olie
