Lasagna with minced chicken and mozzarella
Delicious lasagna to serve during an extensive dinner.
Lasagna with minced chicken and mozzarella. Serve this lasagna at a dinner party. A nice, fresh salad on the side will complete your meal.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Thinly slice the (chestnut) mushrooms. Dice the bell pepper and zucchini. Thinly slice the mozzarella balls. Finely chop the onion.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the ground chicken and the Ground Meat Mix - Garden Herbs and brown all around. Add the (chestnut) mushrooms, bell pepper, and zucchini and cook for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. Add the crème fraîche and stir gently for about 1 minute.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Cover the bottom with 1/3 of the ground meat mixture. Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella and 1/2 of the lasagna sheets. Repeat this twice more, ending with the ground meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

- ½ paprika
- ½ courgette
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 bollen mozzarella
- 75 g geraspte kaas
- 1 ui
- 1 zakje Mix voor Gehakt – Tuinkruiden
- 2 el olijfolie
