Lentil soup with Garam Masala

Preparation
Let the lentils soak overnight.
Chop the onion, finely chop the garlic and cut the carrot into brunoise.
Fry the onion, garlic, and carrot.
Add the garam masala spices and lentils and cook briefly. Add the vegetable stock and tomatoes.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 45 minutes.
Cut the sweet potato into brunoise and blanch until tender. Rinse with cold water and mix with the peas.
Puree the soup with a hand blender and season with the lemon juice.
