Buttery soft corn on the cob with a herb coating
BBQ Corn on the Cob. Make buttery-soft BBQ corn on the cob with a delicious herb coating. A delicious, easy side dish.
Preparation
Light the barbecue. Remove any leaves and strings from the corn cobs, wash them, and pat them dry.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Combine the melted butter and World Spice Blend – Cajun until smooth. Brush the corn cobs evenly with the mixture.
Place 4 sheets of aluminum foil on the countertop. Wrap each corn cob in the foil. Place the foil packets on the barbecue grill over direct heat and grill for 15-20 minutes, turning the packets frequently.
