Treat your guests to an unforgettable culinary experience with our Mediterranean beef roulade! Juicy beef hindquarters, filled with delicate Parma ham, fresh basil, and a creamy olive tapenade, perfectly seasoned with our World Grill - Mediterranean.
Preparation
Cut open the beef hindquarters so that it can be rolled out whole.
Add the basil leaves, then the slices of Parma ham and spread the olive tapenade on the roulade.
Roll up the roulade and tie it up.
Marinate the roulade with World Grill - Méditerrané.
Cook the roulade on the barbecue using indirect heat until a core temperature of 48ºC is reached.
Remove the roulade from the barbecue and heat the barbecue to a temperature of 220ºC.
Grill the roulade all around to a core temperature of 53ºC.
