CLEARED - Mexican meatloaf
Mexican meatloaf with sweet potato, seasoned with Mexican Madness and Chimichurri.
A delicious combination of tender sweet potato and spicy herbs come together in this dish. A dish full of warm and spicy flavors.
Preparation
Mix the minced meat with the sweet potato cubes, Budget binding vero and Budget selecta with salt and mix until the desired binding is achieved.
Shape the dough into two nice meatloaves.
Brush the meatloaves with World Grill Mexican Madness.
Place the meatloaf in an oven dish.
Garnish the meatloaves lengthwise with the Schnitzel Mix Chimichurri.
Cook the meatloaves in the oven at 160ºC until a core temperature of 72ºC is reached.
Present in the counter with sweet potato gratin and sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.
