A creative and tasty twist on the classic burger.
These pork burgers are seasoned with Pulled Pork Chili seasoning and breaded in tortilla chips for a surprisingly crispy texture.
Preparation

Mix the minced pork with the Budget Binding vero and the Pulled Pork Chili spices.

Divide the seasoned minced meat into 10 portions of 100 grams.

Crush the tortilla chips.

Bread the burgers in the crushed tortilla chips.
