Mini puff pastry quiche with pumpkin and feta
These mini quiches not only look delicious, they're also incredibly flavorful. The World Spice Blend - 5 Spices infused into the quiche gives it a wonderfully mild flavor. The quiches are easily made in a muffin pan.
These mini puff pastry quiches with pumpkin and feta are a simple and delicious addition to any appetizer platter. They not only look beautiful but taste surprisingly delicious too! The quiches are seasoned with World Spice Blend - 5 Spices, a delicious spice blend from Chinese cuisine.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C and remove the puff pastry from the freezer.
Cut the pumpkin into 1 cm cubes. Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the pumpkin for 2 minutes until al dente.
Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche and World Spice Blend - 5 Spices.
Cut out the puff pastry with the round cutter and arrange it in the muffin tin. Fill the puff pastry cups with the pumpkin cubes and spread the crème fraîche mixture over them.
Crumble the feta and scatter it over the quiches. Place the quiches in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the quiches from the baking tin and serve.
Variatietip
Voeg uitgebakken pancetta toe, wanneer het gerecht vlees mag bevatten. Bak deze uit en verdeel deze samen met de pompoenblokjes over het bladerdeeg.
