Preparation

Grind the chicken thighs through the 3mm plate.

Mix the Binding DS and Cajun blend spices with the ground chicken thighs. Form into 6 equal balls.

Make schnitzels from the chicken fillets and place the balls of prepared minced chicken on the chicken schnitzels.

Roll up the chicken schnitzels, place them in the roasting net and tie closed.

Marinate the roulades with World Grill - Cajun Louisiana.
