Mini pizza with buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham

These mini pizzas with buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, and cherry tomatoes are a delicious snack. Perfect for sharing during lunch, drinks, or a birthday party. This recipe makes 8 mini pizzas. Will you make them too?
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Heat a saucepan with olive oil. Add the tomato paste and cook over high heat for 1 minute, stirring. Add the strained tomatoes and 4 teaspoons of World Spice Blend - Napoli and bring to a boil. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste. Remove the pan from the heat.
Meanwhile, tear the buffalo mozzarella and cut the chestnut mushrooms into thin slices.
Prepare the pizza dough according to the package directions. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape them into balls. Dust your counter with flour. Roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin or flatten them with the palm of your hand into a round mini pizza. Cut into 8 equal pieces and roll them out into a round mini pizza.
Spread the tomato sauce over the mini pizzas. Top with the mozzarella, Parma ham slices, and tomatoes. Bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Toss the arugula with extra virgin olive oil and divide over the mini pizzas. Garnish with 1 teaspoon of World Spice Blend - Napoli.
