This naan pizza is delicious served with a cozy get-together, but also makes a light meal on a warm summer evening. It's best to avoid using too much salt. Tip: taste before adding salt. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Halve the nectarines, remove the pits, and cut into wedges. Mix half of the World Spice Blend - Napoli with the ricotta. Halve the baby mozzarella.

Spread the ricotta over the naan breads and top with the nectarines and mini mozzarella. Place the naan pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice the red onion with a mandolin or cheese slicer. Marinate the red onion in the white wine vinegar for 10 minutes.

Separate the prosciutto slices and arrange them over the naan pizza. Top with the marinated red onion and garnish with the remaining World Spice Blend - Napoli.
