REFURBISHED - Tenderloin Tips with Rendang
Serve with rice or fries.
Beef tenderloin pieces with Rendang. Serve with rice or fries.
Preparation

Fry the mushrooms in the sunflower oil, add the chopped red onions and fry along.

Add the tenderloin pieces, fry well and add the Kumar's Bumbu Paste for Rendang.

Add the coconut milk, bring to a boil, once the sauce has thickened, scoop the tenderloin pieces onto a plate.

Garnish with bean sprouts and Verstegen Seroendeng.

- 50 g champignons (partjes)
- 10 g taugé
- 50 ml kokosmelk
- 30 g Kumar's Bumbu Paste for Rendang
- 5 g Verstegen Seroendeng
- 20 ml zonnebloemolie
