A delicious casserole with an Italian twist. This pasta with ground meat and spinach is perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Finely chop the onion.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the ground meat and the Italian Minced Meat Mix and cook briefly for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and crush them finely. Add the spinach in batches, stir well, and let it wilt until the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, drain the pasta. Chop the mozzarella into pieces. Mix 3/4 of the mozzarella and pasta with the ground meat. Spoon this mixture into the baking dish, spread the remaining mozzarella over the top, and bake for about 10 minutes in the center of the preheated oven.
