Preparation
Cook the penne pasta in a large pot according to the package directions. Rinse under cold water after cooking to prevent sticking.
Meanwhile, halve the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Thinly slice the zucchini and slice the onions. Remove the stems from the oyster mushrooms.
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil to taste and grill them in a grill pan or on the barbecue until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large serving bowl, combine the penne pasta with the World Spice Blend - Pasta Verde and extra virgin olive oil. Cut the grilled vegetables into even-sized pieces and the mozzarella into cubes and add them. Finely chop the basil.
Add the arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and capers to the salad.

- 25 g kappertjes, uitgelekt

- 3 el olijfolie extra vierge
- zout en peper, naar smaak
