Preparation
Peel the parsnip, grate it coarsely, and mix it with the orange juice. Finely chop the parsley.
Beat the eggs with the Greek yogurt and Speculaas spices. Mix in the parsnips, chopped parsley, and half of the grated cheese.
Grease a 24cm baking tin and line it with the puff pastry. Fill the tin with the parsnip mixture, sprinkle with the almond slivers and the remaining cheese.
Bake the Parsnip Quiche in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20-25 minutes.

- 5 g peterselie (plat)
