Peruvian chicken stew
This Peruvian chicken stew brings the authentic flavors of Peru to your kitchen.

Preparation
Cut the chicken thighs into quarters.
Peel the sweet potato and cut into 2 by 2 centimeter cubes.
Mix the chicken thighs and vegetables.
Mix the Binding DS with the Peruvian herbs and season the chicken thighs and vegetables with it.
Add the Lemon Coriander Sauce and mix together.
Fold the edge of the vacuum cooking bag, fill with the marinated chicken and vacuum seal.
Cook the Peruvian Chicken Stew in the steamer at 85ºC for 2 hours.
Cool quickly or serve immediately.
Heat the Peruvian chicken stew in the steamer or in a pan.
Serve with white rice or quinoa and guacamole.
