RENOVATED - Piri Piri Snack Platter
Preparation
Marinate the chicken wings with 10 grams of Piri Piri spice and the sunflower oil. Add salt to taste, if desired.
Cook the marinated chicken wings in the oven at 170ºC for 15-20 minutes.
Combine the ground meat with 15 grams of Piri Piri spice, the egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix well until everything is incorporated and form 30-gram snack balls. Add salt to taste, if desired. Cook the meatballs in the oven at 170°C (330°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Brush the puff pastry with the beaten egg yolks, sprinkle with Piri Piri spices to taste, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cut the puff pastry into strips of about 1 centimeter each and place them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake the cheese sticks in the oven at 185ºC for 15-20 minutes.
Fry the Padron peppers a la minute and sprinkle with Piri Piri spice to taste. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt to taste, if desired.
