Spicy chicken skewers with pineapple

Hot, hotter, hottest! Do you love spicy food? Then we challenge you to try these spicy pineapple chicken skewers, seasoned with our exceptionally hot Spicy Touch Blend Habanero. Cool it down with sweet pineapple and a refreshing coleslaw. The pineapple helps neutralize some of the chicken's heat. Make these chicken skewers in a pan or easily grill them on the barbecue!
Preparation
Peel the pineapple, cut it in half, and then into wedges. Peel the red onions and quarter them.
Cut the chicken fillet into 3cm cubes and marinate for 10 minutes with half of the Spicy Touch Blend - Habanero.
Mix the white and red cabbage with the salt. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Rinse the cabbage under cold water and drain. Then mix with the mayonnaise, the remaining Spicy Touch Blend - Habanero, and black beans.
Meanwhile, thread the red onion, peddadew peppers, chicken cubes and pineapple onto the skewers.
Heat a pan with the olive oil and fry the chicken skewers for 10 minutes until done.
Serve the chicken skewers with the coleslaw.
