Preparation
Combine the vinegar, sugar, and sea salt in a bowl. Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise. Add to the vinegar and set aside.
Bring water to a boil in a large pot and cook the rice according to the package directions. Drain.
For the sauce, combine the miso paste, ginger syrup, sesame oil, water, and the juice of 1 lime. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
Add 1 tablespoon of World Spice Meal - Poké Bowl to a small bowl. Halve the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and peel the skin. Cut the two halves in half lengthwise and dip one side of the avocado in the spices.
Wash the radish and cut it in half, leaving the green part intact. Use a spiralizer to create ribbons from the carrots. Remove the skin from the salmon and divide it into pieces. Slice the remaining lime into wedges.
Divide the rice, sweet and sour cucumber, avocado, radish, carrot ribbons, and salmon among the bowls. Top each poké bowl with 1 teaspoon of World Spice Meal - Poké Bowl. Serve with the sauce and lime.
