Preparation
Rinse the sushi rice well with cold water and cook according to the instructions on the package.
Mix the mayonnaise with the Kumar's Curry Paste for Green Curry.
Cut the avocado into cubes, roast the Verstegen Sesame seeds.
Make a ball of the sushi rice and place it in the middle of a plate.
Divide the edamame, cucumber cubes, carrot julienne, seaweed salad, and avocado cubes around the sushi rice.
Cut the salmon fillet into slices and divide over the poké bowl.
Garnish the poke bowl with the Green Curry mayonnaise and roasted sesame seeds.
