Pulled wild boar
Pulled wild boar on pita bread.
This is a delicious variation on the regular pulled pork. A pita bread filled with pulled wild boar, served with a fresh salad of carrot, cabbage, cucumber, and yogurt dressing.
Preparation
Mix the salt with the Chermoula herbs and marinate the pork neck with it.
Let the pork marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Cook for 7-8 hours at 80-85 ºC on the BBQ or oven.
Mix the yoghurt with Ras el Hanout spices.
Make the salad with the carrot, cucumber and cabbage and mix this with the yoghurt mixture.
Bake the pita and pull the meat apart.
Divide the ingredients over the pita bread.

- 1 kg wild zwijn nek
- 100 g kool
- 100 g wortel
- 100 g komkommer
- 100 g Turkse yoghurt
- 10 g zout
- 10 g World Spice Blend - Ras el Hanout kruiden fijn zonder zout pure (artnr 1165966)
- 30 g World Spice Blend - Chermoula kruiden fijn zonder zout pure (artnr 1164466)
