Pumpkin Spiced Espresso Martini Mocktail
This heartwarming mocktail combines the rich flavor of espresso with warm, spicy notes of pumpkin spice for the ultimate autumnal drink! Perfect for when you're craving a drink, but without the alcohol.
Preparation
Make 4 espressos and let them cool.
Pour a thin layer of vanilla syrup into a small plate slightly larger than the rim of the cocktail glass. Spread the brown sugar on another small plate of the same size. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the syrup, followed by a dip in the brown sugar. Repeat for the remaining glasses.
Place the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the espresso, whipped cream, and remaining vanilla syrup. Season with 2/3 of the Verstegen WSB Pumpkin Spice. Tightly cap the shaker and shake for 20 seconds, until the outside of the shaker fogs up from the cold.
Pour the mocktail into glasses using a strainer. You won't need the ice cubes anymore.
Serve the mocktail with the chocolate mocha beans on top and sprinkle with the remaining Verstegen WSB Pumpkin Spice.
