Quesadilla with minced garden herbs
Delicious Mexican quesadilla with garden herb minced meat, bell pepper, red onion and tomato.
Quesadillas with a Mexican twist! These delicious quesadillas are filled with ground beef, bell pepper, red onion, and tomato. You can easily pan-fry these "filled wraps" yourself, making them an easy snack or a great lunch.

Preparation
Mix the minced meat with the Mix for Minced Meat - Garden Herbs.
Cut the peppers and red onion into small cubes.
Then cut the tomatoes into small cubes and keep them separate.
In a wok, fry the minced meat with 2 tbsp of olive oil until crumbly.
Fry the pepper and onion with the minced meat for 3 minutes and add the tomatoes in the last minute.
Cut the tortillas in half. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a skillet and fry the quesadillas one at a time over medium heat.
Divide the ground meat mixture and grated cheese over the tortilla halves and fold them in half.
Continue cooking the quesadillas until the cheese has melted and the quesadilla is nicely browned on both sides.
Serve immediately with guacamole.
