Ratatouille with rosefish
Grilled rosefish with a vegetable stew of bell pepper, zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
After grilling, the rosefish is sprinkled with World Spice Blend - French Mediterranean herbs. This mix includes rosemary, basil, oregano, and lavender.
The mix also falls under the Pure label, which means that it is free from declarable allergens, MSG and phosphates.
Preparation
Cut the zucchini and pepper into squares.
Halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the onion into 1/4 rings and finely chop the garlic.
Mix with olive oil.
Sprinkle with French Mediterranean herbs.
Spread on a plate and cook on a plate in the oven (180 degrees - 20 to 25 min).
Grill the rosefish and sprinkle with the Chimichurri herbs.
Place everything on a plate.
