Preparation
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion, and halve the tomatoes. Bring a pan of water to a boil and cook the ravioli formaggio e pomodoro according to the package directions. Then drain.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion for 4 minutes, turning golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and half of the World Spice Blend - Tuscany. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and brown. Pour the cream over the tomatoes and add the ravioli, stirring gently.
Finally, add the spinach and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat for another 3 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the remaining World Spice Blend - Tuscany over the dish.
