Risotto with nuts and spinach
Delicious risotto with nuts and spinach.
A risotto with various nuts and fresh spinach, seasoned with World Spice Blend - Tuscany. This nut risotto contains walnuts, hazelnuts, and pine nuts. Delicious with Parmesan cheese on top. A wonderful treat to enjoy with your partner.
Preparation
Chop the onion. Make a broth from the boiling water and the World Spice Blend - Tuscany.
Heat a large pan with olive oil. Sauté the onion in it until translucent and add the risotto rice. Fry it briefly until the grains also become translucent and are coated in oil.
Add the broth in parts to the risotto until it is almost cooked and the liquid is almost completely absorbed. Add the spinach in parts until everything has wilted.
Toast the walnuts, hazelnuts, and pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Chop them smaller if desired and add them to the risotto. Season the risotto with Black Pepper and Sea Salt if desired and stir briefly.
Serve the nut risotto with Parmesan cheese.

- 500 ml kokend water
- World Spice Blend - Toscane naar smaak
- 1 el olijfolie
- 150 g risottorijst (arborio)
- 200 g spinazie
- 50 g walnoten
- 50 g hazelnoten
- 25 g pijnboompitjes
- Zwarte peper, naar smaak
- Zeezout, naar smaak
- Parmezaanse kaas, ter garnering
